1. Who we are

The website https://aviorene.com and related services are operated by HONGKONG RICH BOY TRADING CO., LIMITED, trading as Aviorène (“Aviorène,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Aviorène operates a source-to-order luxury purchasing business and is the seller of record for accepted customer orders. Our registered address is Room 22, 11/F, China United Plaza, 1008 Tai Nan West Street, Lai Chi Kok, Hong Kong. Business Registration Number: 76255687.

2. Scope and incorporated policies

These Terms apply to use of the website, account features, customer service, content and orders. The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Authenticity Guarantee, Promotion Terms and product-specific disclosures are incorporated into these Terms. If a product page or written special-order agreement conflicts with these Terms, the more specific term controls for that purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. You may use the website only for lawful personal purposes. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, you are authorized to use the payment method, and you are not prohibited from the transaction by sanctions, export controls or other law.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may require password reset, verification, suspension or closure to protect customers or the service. You may not create accounts using false identities, impersonate others or use automated means to obtain products.

5. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Images, colors and measurements are approximate, and natural or handmade materials may vary. Product descriptions may rely on information from brands or suppliers. If a material error is discovered before acceptance or dispatch, we may contact you, correct the information or cancel the affected item.

Products identified as pre-owned, vintage or archival have prior ownership or age-related characteristics described on the product page. Products not so identified are sold as new, although they may have been handled for display, photography, inspection or fitting.

6. Authenticity and brand relationship

Every product is sold as authentic and is covered by the Authenticity Guarantee. Aviorène is an independent luxury sourcing boutique and seller, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by every brand displayed. Unless expressly stated, we do not claim authorized-dealer status. Brand names and trademarks identify the genuine products offered.

7. Orders and contract formation

Your submitted order is an offer to purchase from Aviorène. An automated receipt acknowledgment is not acceptance. Because products may be sourced after order submission, we may verify supplier availability, product condition, price, payment, identity, risk, delivery feasibility and legal compliance. The contract for an item is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, as stated in that communication. We may accept or reject items separately.

HONGKONG RICH BOY TRADING CO., LIMITED, trading as Aviorène, is the seller of record and contracting party for every order accepted through aviorene.com. Third-party boutiques, distributors, dealers and other suppliers used to source a product are not parties to the customer's purchase contract.

8. Availability, limits and cancellation by us

All orders are subject to availability. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order for reasons described in the Orders & Product Availability Policy, including stock loss, obvious error, payment failure, risk, suspected resale, legal restriction or inability to deliver. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will issue a refund for the cancelled item.

9. Prices, currencies and errors

Displayed prices may vary by destination, currency, supplier, season and availability. Applicable import duties and import taxes for supported destinations, and any destination tax Aviorène is required to collect, are included or shown in the checkout total. We may correct obvious errors before acceptance. If a correct price is higher, we will not charge it without your agreement; we may instead cancel and refund.

10. Payments

Payment methods available at checkout may include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Klarna, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We may pre-authorize, verify and capture payment according to the order and provider rules. Third-party providers have separate terms and privacy practices. We may request verification and may refuse an order if authorization or risk checks are unsuccessful.

11. Taxes, duties and importer status

For supported destinations, applicable import duties and import taxes are included in the checkout total, together with any destination tax Aviorène is required to collect. The carrier should not request those same import charges again on delivery. You authorize Aviorène, its carriers and brokers to submit customs information and return or duty-recovery documentation for your shipment. This collection method does not mean the purchase is legally tax-exempt.

12. Delivery

Delivery is governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Orders may be split. You must provide a secure, accurate address and cooperate with verification, customs and delivery. Signature or identity confirmation may be required.

13. Title and risk

Title to an item passes to you when the item is delivered and full payment has been received, unless applicable law or the order confirmation provides otherwise. Risk of loss remains with us until delivery to you or your designated recipient or location, subject to lawful changes resulting from delivery instructions you select.

14. Returns, refunds and cancellation

Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy and any product-specific restriction disclosed before purchase. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after preparation begins. Nothing in these policies limits rights relating to defective, misdescribed or inauthentic goods that cannot be waived by contract.

15.Promotions, credits and gift cards

Promotions are governed by their specific terms and the Promotion Terms. If we offer store credit or gift cards, they are subject to the terms presented at issuance, may not be redeemable for cash except where required by law, and may be suspended where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.

16. Reviews, submissions and user content

If you submit a review, image, comment, suggestion or other content, you represent that it is accurate, lawful, non-confidential and does not infringe third-party rights. You grant Aviorène a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish and display the content for operating and promoting the service, subject to privacy law. We may moderate or remove content but are not obligated to publish it.

17. Intellectual property

The website design, Aviorène name and logo, text, graphics, photographs created for Aviorène, software, arrangement and other content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may view and make a limited personal copy for shopping purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, distribute, frame, modify, reverse engineer, exploit or use the content commercially without written permission.

18. Prohibited conduct

• Break the law, infringe rights, submit false information or facilitate fraud.
• Use bots, scripts, scraping, denial-of-service methods or other technology that disrupts or extracts the website.
• Circumvent security, purchase limits, geographic controls, pricing rules or account restrictions.
• Introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access or test vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Purchase for prohibited export, sanctioned persons, unauthorized commercial resale or deceptive marketplace listing.
• Return substituted, used, altered, counterfeit or incomplete merchandise or make false delivery or defect claims.

19. Third-party services and links

The website may link to payment, social-media, authentication, carrier or other third-party services. Their content, availability, security and terms are controlled by them. A link does not imply endorsement. Use of a third-party service may require you to accept separate terms.

20. Service availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or experience interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and non-product digital services are provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties that can lawfully be disclaimed. We do not disclaim warranties or remedies for products where the law prohibits it.

21. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, Aviorène is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for business loss arising from a consumer purchase. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product and directly related charges, except where law requires a greater remedy.

22. Indemnity for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you will reimburse Aviorène for reasonable losses, liabilities and costs arising from your unlawful commercial misuse of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, fraud or material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to ordinary consumer use or restrict non-waivable rights.

23. Events beyond reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, cyber incident, government action, labor dispute or supplier failure. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and provide any cancellation or refund required by law.

24. Sanctions and export controls

You may not purchase, export, re-export or transfer products in violation of applicable sanctions, embargoes, export controls or customs law. We may screen transactions and request information. We may refuse or cancel an order when necessary to comply with law or carrier restrictions.

25. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that consumers retain any mandatory protections and forum rights that apply in their place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact help@aviorene.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Nothing requires a consumer to waive access to a court or regulator where such a waiver would be invalid.

26. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The “Last updated” date will change, and material changes may be highlighted or communicated as required. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted generally govern that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed by both parties.

27. General provisions

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign a contract without our consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganization or transfer of the business provided this does not reduce consumer rights. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement regarding their subject matter.
