1. Aviorène Content
The Aviorène name, logo, website presentation, original photography, editorial text, graphics, icons, layouts, software, databases and other content are owned by or licensed to Aviorène and protected by copyright, trademark, design, database and other laws.
You may access and make limited copies for personal shopping and recordkeeping. Without written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, distribute, frame, mirror, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit our content.
2. Designer Trademarks and Materials
Designer names, logos, product designs and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are displayed to identify and describe genuine products. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
3. Prohibited Use
- Use Aviorène content or branding to market counterfeit, substituted or unauthorized products.

- Use a confusingly similar domain, account name, logo or advertisement.
- Use automated extraction or artificial-intelligence training on protected content except as permitted by law or written license.
4. Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on aviorene.com infringes your copyright, trademark or other right, email help@aviorene.com with the subject “Intellectual Property Notice” and include:
- Your full name, organization, email and physical address.
- Identification of the right and proof of ownership or authority to act.
- The exact URL and a clear description of the material complained of.
- An explanation of why the use is unauthorized or misleading.
- A statement that the information is accurate and submitted in good faith.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
5. Review and Counter-Information
We may request additional information, temporarily restrict content, notify the supplier or content provider, or take other reasonable action. A person whose content is affected may provide evidence of authorization, ownership, fair use or other lawful basis. False or abusive notices may create liability.
Reports that another website, social account or marketplace seller is impersonating Aviorène or using our content to sell suspected counterfeit goods should include screenshots, links and seller details. We may share a report with platforms, rights owners, payment providers or authorities where appropriate.
