1. Specific Terms Control
Each promotion may have specific terms shown in the advertisement, email, banner, checkout or landing page. Those terms and these general rules apply together. If they conflict, the specific promotion terms control.
2. Eligibility and Period
A promotion is available only to eligible customers, locations, accounts, products and orders during the stated period and while inventory lasts. Time references use the time zone stated in the offer; if none is stated, Hong Kong time applies. We may require account login or a valid code.
3. Exclusions and Limits
- Selected brands, products, new releases, pre-orders, fine jewelry, watches, pre-owned items, gift cards, services, shipping, duties or taxes may be excluded.
- Minimum spend is calculated after excluded items and prior discounts and before shipping, duties and taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A code is limited to one use per eligible customer, account, household, address or payment method unless stated otherwise.
- Promotions cannot be combined, transferred, sold, exchanged for cash or applied to completed orders unless expressly allowed.
- Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, bulk or commercial-resale use is prohibited.
4. Returns and Cancellations
If an item purchased with a promotion is returned or cancelled, the refund reflects the amount actually paid for that item. If a partial return causes the order to fall below a threshold or removes the qualifying product, we may recalculate the promotion and deduct the difference where the offer disclosed that condition and law permits.
5. Errors and Changes
We may correct an obvious error, withdraw or amend a promotion prospectively, or cancel orders involving misuse, technical malfunction or fraud. We will not reduce a valid benefit after an order is accepted except where the specific terms allow adjustment or law requires it.
6. No Cash Alternative
Promotional value has no cash alternative and is not property until validly applied to an accepted order. Store credit or gift cards, if offered, are governed by separate terms and applicable unclaimed-property or expiry laws.
