1. What These Technologies Are
Cookies are small files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage and device identifiers. Aviorène currently uses Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and audience-related functions, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. These technologies can recognize a browser, maintain a session, remember preferences, measure activity or support advertising.
2. Cookie Categories
| Category | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Shopping bag, checkout, login, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, consent records and core functionality. | Required for the service and generally cannot be disabled through our preference center. |
| Functional | Remember language, currency, region, preferences and optional customer-service features. | May be disabled, but parts of the experience may be less personalized. |
| Analytics and performance | Understand visits, navigation, errors, conversions and performance; improve products and marketing. | Used subject to consent or opt-out requirements. |
| Advertising and social media | Measure campaigns, create audiences, personalize advertising and connect social features across services. | Used subject to consent and opt-out rights; may be treated as sale/sharing or targeted advertising. |
3. First- and Third-Party Technologies
First-party technologies are set by Aviorène or its website platform. Third-party technologies are set or read by providers such as analytics, advertising, social-media, payment, fraud or customer-service partners. Third parties may combine activity from our site with information from other services under their own privacy notices.
4. Duration
Session cookies expire when the browsing session ends. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period or until deleted. The current provider, purpose and duration should be displayed in the cookie preference tool where technically available. Duration may be refreshed when you revisit or provide consent.
5. Managing Preferences
- Use the cookie settings or "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer to change optional categories.
- Use browser settings to block or delete cookies.
- Use platform or device settings to limit ad tracking where available.
- Enable Global Privacy Control to communicate an opt-out preference where recognized by applicable law.
- Unsubscribe from marketing messages separately; cookie choices do not automatically stop email or SMS.
6. Do Not Track
Browsers may send a "Do Not Track" signal, but there is no universally accepted response standard. We respond to legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required; otherwise, use the controls described above.
7. Updates
We may update this policy or the cookie list as technologies and providers change. Material changes will be reflected in the date or cookie interface, and consent will be requested when required.
